RBC Safety Workshop

This Safety workshop will address a number of issues that cyclists face including:

• Safety of cycling relative to other activities
• Where to ride
• Kinds of cycling infrastructure
• Laws and enforcement
• Societal attitudes toward cycling
• Encouraging people to cycle
• How to cope with difficult situations
• Bikes, brakes, helmets, mirrors, et cetera

There is no on-bike component to the workshop; it is designed for a small group of participants and will include time for questions and discussion.

The session begins at 7:00 p.m. sharp, lasts for about 90 minutes, and is open to all. You do not need to be a member of the RBC to attend.
